Exactly. Baekyeol is not a bromance ship, which in my opinion should be visible to anyone with minimal observation skills, nor they are disliking each other - on the contrary, they faces light up whenever they are even just speaking about/to each other. So they aren’t exactly regular, but very tight friends, and they are not indifferent to each other either… What else is left? I always laugh when someone says that Baekyeol is fake, that they are only close because of SM. It only shows how blind that person is. I mean, Baekyeol is definitely not a ship that SM promotes - but somehow they are still one of the most popular ones.

I think there is actually a lot going on behind the scenes. I’m sure if one of us was a part of SM staff, we would figure it out in no time. But as fans, we can only trust our eyes and our instinct.

This is totally fishy. It seems to a lot of us something weird is going on. Like you mentioned, SM could profit from Baekyeol’s popularity. They could send them off together on schedules, make them always appear on TV, even host a radio show, if they found the time for it. But still, their interactions are subtle, even almost extremely so, which is so strange. You would expect from a widely loved couple more than this. You would expect them to milk this chance as much as they could and initiate a huge amount of skinship, to benefit their group, themselves, and their fame. But they don’t… And it’s certainly not because they don’t like each other. So, what is it then? Surely leaves anyone’s mind boggled.
