I simply will no longer tolerate Chanyeol hate on my dash. I’m sick of this idea that we’re allowed, as a fandom, to rip into him constantly and then be angry when other members are similarly criticized. I refuse to act like it doesn’t hurt me and the unity of the greater fandom to see people placing false narratives on his life and his friendships in order to construct this poster child of problematic behavior. I’m tired of watching people cut other idols slack for the same behaviors. And I’m frankly concerned by this idea that I see from many otherwise intelligent bloggers that their bias is somehow above criticism, while they continue to share hateful messages about their bias’s friend.
